Heather Reeves is the “H” in JaHa Consulting. She has represented both domestic and direct import companies across small leather goods, travel accessories, apparel, and home accessories—consistently delivering double-digit growth through persistence, strategic follow-through, and a highly approachable leadership style.

 

Like many retail professionals in Northwest Arkansas, Heather relocated to pursue a career with Walmart, where she built a diverse and impactful résumé. During her tenure, she held positions including Radio and Television Advertising Manager, Men’s and Boys’ Marketing Manager, International Ad Control Manager, Buyer in Mexico, and Product Development Manager. She is particularly recognized for independently revitalizing Walmart’s Beach stores to better capture the tourism market—demonstrating her ability to identify opportunity and execute against it.

 

Heather thrives on challenges and is energized by obstacles. She has a strong instinct for trend forecasting and global movement, consistently operating as an early adopter with a clear understanding of what is gaining traction in the marketplace. Well-versed across all major social media platforms and grounded in a deep understanding of marketing strategy, she brings both creative insight and commercial discipline to every client engagement.

John Reeves is the “J” in JaHa Consulting. He brings 22 years of progressive leadership experience with Walmart, spanning store operations, merchandising, and international business.

During his tenure, John served as Store Assistant Manager, Assistant Director of Sales Promotion, Senior Buyer for Walmart U.S., and Divisional Merchandise Manager (DMM) for both Walmart Canada and Walmart Mexico. His background reflects deep expertise in merchandising strategy, assortment planning, promotional execution, and category growth across diverse markets.

After Walmart, John held executive roles with direct import suppliers, including Vice President and National Sales Manager. This dual perspective—retailer and supplier—gives him a comprehensive understanding of the full retail value chain, from product development and sourcing to go-to-market strategy and sell-through performance.

John excels at identifying market trends and translating them into actionable white space opportunities at retail. With more than 75 trips to Asia over the past two decades, he has developed extensive global sourcing expertise and strong international manufacturing relationships, positioning him to drive both innovation and margin-focused growth.
